Thank you for considering us for your landscape materials! FYI, we do not collect payment online. You can pay when you pick up materials or when we call to gather delivery details. If you order our products for Delivery, you will be called back by one of our sales representatives within 24 hours to confirm your order, assess a delivery fee, and arrange payment. If you order for Pick Up, you can just come into our office, no need to wait for a phone call, we have received your order! 🙂
Note: We do not deliver bags at Quail Ridge, we only deliver bulk. Also, we can only deliver 1 product in 1 truck. We do not have dividers in our truck beds.
IMPORTANT: Our delivery trucks MUST stay on a hard surface while dumping to prevent getting stuck and the cost of a tow bill. That means we will not ask our drivers to dump in your front, back, or side yard. No matter where you have us unload your material, it is your risk and responsibility if any damage occurs. We ask you to have our drivers stay on concrete or asphalt. If the Purchaser insists that Quail Ridge dumps with the trucks wheels off gravel, concrete, or asphalt, or if the Purchaser insists on a driveway dump and cracks and associated costs occur, then the Purchaser ASSUMES all costs involved.
